Ron Mitchell, F.D.A. 1945 ~ 2012 Rest in Peace Ron Mitchell (Retired District Manager with the LCBO. Member of Fidelity Lodge, Port Perry and Shrine Temple #83) Suddenly at his home in Port Perry, on Wednesday, October 10 2012, at age 67. Ron Mitchell, dearly loved husband of Marguerite (nee Schneider). Loved father of Rob and his wife Audrey, Michael and his wife Stephanie and Gerry and his wife Jennifer. Loving grandfather of Lara, Merril, Wilfrid, Miles, Alexis, Ava and Gerry Jr. Dear brother of Barbara and her husband the late Norm Murray and son-in-law of Violet Schneider. The family of Ron Mitchell will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, “McDermott-Panabaker Chapel”, 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, October 12th from 2 – 4 and 7 – 9 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Port Perry United Church on Saturday, October 13th at 1:30 p.m. If desired, memorial donations may be made by cheque to the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada or to a charity of your choice.
