Obituary of Victor Giles

Peacefully, on Sunday, April 7, 2024, with his family by his side at the Village of Taunton Mills in Whitby, at age 96. Victor Giles formerly of Kirkfield, beloved husband of 61 years to the late Muriel (nee Crapps). Loved father of George Giles (Marlene Gedge) of Carrying Place, Gloria McKean (Robert Rouleau) of North Sydney, N.S., Gregory Giles (Bonnie) of Orillia, and Gary Giles (Janette) of Whitby. Loving grandfather to his 11 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

The family of Victor Giles will receive friends at the WAGG FUNERAL HOME, "McDermott-Panabaker Chapel" 216 Queen Street in Port Perry (905-985-2171) on Friday, April 12th from 2 - 4 p.m. A Service to celebrate his life will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, April 13th at 10 a.m.  with Reverend Dr. Robert Kennedy officiating. Interment Breadalbane Cemetery, Utica. The family would like to thank all the staff of the Perry Neighbourhood at Taunton Mills for the exceptional care that was given to Victor.
